Completely get rid of PyClass and PyInstance. (classobject.[ch] aren't empty yet because they also define PyMethod.) This breaks lots of stuff, notably cPickle. But it's a step in the right direction. I'll clean it up later. (Also a few unrelated changes, e.g. T_NONE to define a "struct member" that is always None, and simplification of __hash__ -- these are unfinished.)

Build Instructions
------------------
A few random updates to make things less horrifyingly out of date. Delete some advice that can never, ever have worked. There are a couple of XXX comments for bits I don't know how to update. It would be really good not to release Python 2.5 with these in place :) This file is way too big. There's basically no chance of it staying up to date.

For the normal case of file parsing this is not a problem because of the lists have a short lifetime. We have not come up with cases where this is a problem in real life. I chose 12 because human text averages about 11 words per line in books, one of my data sets averages 6.2 words with a final peak at 11 words per line, and I work with a tab delimited data set with 8 tabs per line (or 9 words per line). 12 encompasses all of these. Also changed the last rstrip code to append then reverse, rather than doing insert(0). To test the interpreter, type ``make test`` in the top-level directory. The
test set produces some output. You can generally ignore the messages about
skipped tests due to optional features which can't be imported. If a message
is printed about a failed test or a traceback or core dump is produced,
something is wrong.

On Unix and Mac systems if you intend to install multiple versions of Python
Various updates to README.rst (#21) These include spelling/grammar fixes, removing some outdated prose, updating some superseded prose, and adding/cleaning up some links. Also rewraps the entire file at 79 columns.

using the same installation prefix (``--prefix`` argument to the configure
script) you must take care that your primary python executable is not
overwritten by the installation of a different version. All files and
directories installed using ``make altinstall`` contain the major and minor
version and can thus live side-by-side. ``make install`` also creates
``${prefix}/bin/python3`` which refers to ``${prefix}/bin/pythonX.Y``. If you
intend to install multiple versions using the same prefix you must decide which
version (if any) is your "primary" version. Install that version using ``make
install``. Install all other versions using ``make altinstall``.
