clicking on "Introduction", "Tips" or "Specification" in the Konqueror introduction main page lets the different menu entries jump forth and back. This patch fixes this small problem by putting the spaces to the right locations

Meni Livne 363dc8a22b Make about:plugins page RTL the right (LOL) way. 
It's actually not as hard as some make it seem ;-)

To make an entire page RTL, simply:
1. Add
     body { direction: rtl; }
   to your style sheet (or add 'dir="rtl"' to your <body> tag if you insist
   on not using a style sheet).
2. Watch out for explicit directionality and alignment in your page, and
   change it as needed. i.e. if you have <p align="right">, it has to be
   changed to <p align="left">...

That's it. You definitely shouldn't start changing the order of table
columns or other elements. That's looking for trouble... :)

George Staikos 7e335271aa make it actually translatable, and make the RTL version actually RTL. I would 
appreciate some testing to see if it is correct since I don't do RTL
personally. :)

David Faure f79bf65753 The aboutpage is builtin to konq as well - I guess people want to report konqueror 
bugs when opening konqueror, not necessarily khtml (well, except when the aboutpage
doesn't render properly ;)

George Staikos 0f4fc460f3 Add about:plugins support to the konqueror about module (and konqueror itself). 
It's really ugly too.  Hopefully this will be more encouraging for an HTML
wizard to have a look and make it kdeified. :)

The RTL page is also not RTL.
