David Hallas	eec49bc38f	Add navigation history to forward/back buttons ... Summary: Adds navigation history to forward/back buttons in the toolbar. This changes the forward/back buttons in the toolbar to use the KToolBarPopupAction class which provides access to a drop down menu.
