	* app/widgets/gimpfiledialog.[ch]: ditto.

	* app/gui/file-open-dialog.c
	* app/gui/file-save-dialog.c: changed accordingly.

	* app/widgets/gimpuimanager.c: removed debugging code which
	automatically loaded all registered menus. They are now loaded on
