	Redid the framework that deals with installing desktop files.
	Fixes bug #307705:

	* data/misc/*: removed.

	* desktop/*: readded the desktop files in a new directory.

	* Makefile.am
	* configure.in
	* data/Makefile.am: changed accordingly.
