	GIMP_IMAGE_TYPE_IS_[RGB|GRAY|INDEXED]() and
	GIMP_IMAGE_TYPE_BASE_TYPE() macros.

	multiple #defines.

	* app/gui/file-dialog-utils.[ch]: file_dialog_update_menus(): take
	a GimpImageType instead of the PlugInImageType.
