	* app/core/gimpdrawable-hue-saturation.[ch]
	* app/core/gimpdrawable-posterize.[ch]
	* app/core/gimpdrawable-threshold.[ch]: new files containing all
	the code that was in pdb/color_cmds.c. Cleaned up and GEGL-enabled
	everyting.

	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/color.pdb: remove almost all code and simply call
	the new functions.

	* app/pdb/color_cmds.c: regenerated.
