UI functions were randomly scattered across both files. * app/app_procs.c * app/docindex.[ch]: swallow all functions from docindex.c, removed functions which were called just once, replaced the tree by a list. Actually raise displays of already open images. When opening a file which is already in the list, move it's entry to the top; this way the toolbox' last_opened list finally works as expected.
