from app/interface.[ch]
* app/interface.[ch]: only contains create_display_shell() now.
Needs to be somehow merged with other arbitrarily named display
files around.

* po/POTFILES.in: changed accordingly.
* app/asupsample.c
* app/gradient.c
* app/tile.c: cleanup.
