like.

GIMP_PARAM_DEFAULTS and GIMP_PARAM_IGNORE.

sooner or later. Mark the new properties and a lot of the existing
ones as GIMP_PARAM_DEFAULTS so that their values are not
serialized unless changed from the default value.

GimpText depend on a single unit.
