* gimp/app/widgets/gimpsizebox.c: use gimp_coordinates_new()
	instead of duplicating a lot of code.  Fixes bug #161756.

	* gimp/app/widgets/gimppropwidgets.c: small change in
	chainbutton handling to make above work.
