After reverting to the previous version of gedit based on the Tepl
library, the doap file was reverted to its previous state as well.
So, come back to the current list of maintainers.

changes made to a8cb2b57f9.
It is to basically come back to:
commit a8cb2b57f9
the previous version of gedit based on the Tepl library.
The goal is to continue the gedit development (on master), but based on
the Tepl library.
Someone needs to be able to have maintainer permissions on Gitlab.

Jeremy added himself as maintainer just temporarily, in wait for a new
gedit maintainer.
I'm now motivated again by being a gedit maintainer.
There is a lot of possible work to do in gedit. gedit was unmaintained
recently, then a few developers have helped, including Jeremy Bicha for
the releases. But I think more co-maintainers is always welcome.
It's better to have up-to-date information about current authors and
maintainers, so that a new contributor know who to contact.
