C#: Remove unused code
- Remove `AotBuilder` that was used for MonoAOT in 3.x.
- Remove `PlaySettings` that was used for IDE support in 3.x.
- Remove `ApiAssembliesInfo` that was used for Project generation in 3.x.
- Remove pieces of the old iOS support from 3.x.
