There is a documented limitation on the body of any email not being
able to contain lines starting with "From ". This patch removes that
limitation by improving the parser to search for "From", "Date", and
"Subject" fields in the email before considering it to be an email.

CRAM-MD5 authentication ought to be independent from SSL, but NO_OPENSSL
build will not support this because the base64 and md5 code are used from
the OpenSSL library in this implementation.

The documentation was quite inconsistent when spelling 'git cmd' if it
only refers to the program, not to some specific invocation syntax:
both 'git-cmd' and 'git cmd' spellings exist.
The current trend goes towards dashless forms, and there is precedent
in 647ac70 (git-svn.txt: stop using dash-form of commands.,
2009-07-07) to actively eliminate the dashed variants.
Replace 'git-cmd' with 'git cmd' throughout, except where git-shell,
git-cvsserver, git-upload-pack, git-receive-pack, and
git-upload-archive are concerned, because those really live in the
$PATH.

Many e-mail based development communities require non-flowed text to carry
patches to prevent whitespaces from getting mangled, but there is no easy
way to tell Thunderbird MUA not to use format=flowed, unless you configure
it to do so unconditionally for all outgoing mails.
A workaround for users who use git-imap-send is to wrap the patch in "pre"
element in the draft folder as an HTML message, and tell Thunderbird to
send "text only". Thunderbird turns such a message into a non-flowed
plain text when sending it out, which is what we want for patch e-mails.

Change the description to be similar to that used for git-send-email(1) to
give a better description of what the tool can be used for and sound more
user-friendly.
Document the configuration variables used by git-imap-send, split the
example into tunnel and direct examples. Rephrase other parts of the
git-imap-send documentation to use better grammar and to be clearer.

Allow SSL to be used when a imaps:// URL is used for the host name.
Also, automatically use TLS when not using imaps:// by using the IMAP
STARTTLS command, if the server supports it.
Tested with Courier and Gimap IMAP servers.

The names of git commands are not meant to be entered at the
commandline; they are just names. So we render them in italics,
as is usual for command names in manpages.

Following what appears to be the predominant style, format
names of commands and commandlines both as `teletype text`.
While we're at it, add articles ("a" and "the") in some
places, italicize the name of the command in the manual page
synopsis line, and add a comma or two where it seems appropriate.

Since the git-* commands are not installed in $(bindir), using
"git-command <parameters>" in examples in the documentation is
not a good idea. On the other hand, it is nice to be able to
refer to each command using one hyphenated word. (There is no
escaping it, anyway: man page names cannot have spaces in them.)
This patch retains the dash in naming an operation, command,
program, process, or action. Complete command lines that can
be entered at a shell (i.e., without options omitted) are
made to use the dashless form.
The changes consist only of replacing some spaces with hyphens
and vice versa. After a "s/ /-/g", the unpatched and patched
versions are identical.

This default regex now matches explicit values, and unfortunately in this
case gitlink was being matched by just 'link', causing the wrong inline
macro template to be applied. By renaming the macro, we can avoid being
matched by the wrong regex.

Move incorrect asciidoc level 2 titles back to level 1.
Show output of git-name-rev in man page example.
Reword sentences that begin with a period (.) in asciidoc
numbered lists to work around conversion to man page bug.
Mention that git-repack now calls git-prune-packed
when the -d option is passed to it.
[imap] section headers in the config file example need to be
contained in a literal block. imap.pass is the proper config
file variable to use, not imap.password.
