Stefan Beller e233bef43e unicode_width.h: rename to use dash in file name 
This is more consistent with the project style. The majority of Git's
source files use dashes in preference to underscores in their file names.

Also adjust contrib/update-unicode as well.

Beat Bolli f3eb54920e update_unicode.sh: move it into contrib/update-unicode 
As it's used only by a tiny minority of the Git developer population,
this script does not belong into the main Git source directory.

Move it into contrib/ and adjust the paths to account for the new
location.
