brian m. carlson 2182abd94b split-index: convert struct split_index to object_id 
Convert the base_sha1 member of struct split_index to use struct
object_id and rename it base_oid.  Include cache.h to make the structure
visible.

brian m. carlson 99d1a9861a cache: convert struct cache_entry to use struct object_id 
Convert struct cache_entry to use struct object_id by applying the
following semantic patch and the object_id transforms from contrib, plus
the actual change to the struct:

Nguyễn Thái Ngọc Duy e6e7530d10 test helpers: move test-* to t/helper/ subdirectory 
This keeps top dir a bit less crowded. And because these programs are
for testing purposes, it makes sense that they stay somewhere in t/
