Junio C Hamano 57b58db74c merge: notice local merging of tags and keep it unwrapped
This also updates the autogenerated merge title message from "merge commit X"
to "merge tag X", and its effect can be seen in the changes to the test suite.

Tay Ray Chuan f0ecac2b70 merge: --log appends shortlog to message if specified
When the user specifies a message, use fmt_merge_msg_shortlog() to
append the shortlog.

Previously, when a message was specified, we ignored the merge title
("Merge <foo> into <bar>") and shortlog from fmt_merge_msg().

Update the documentation for -m to reflect this too.

Junio C Hamano ce9d823b91 merge: do not add standard message when message is given with -m option
Even if the user explicitly gave her own message to "git merge", the
command still added its standard merge message. It resulted in a
useless repetition like this:

% git merge -m "Merge early part of side branch" `git rev-parse side~2`
    % git show -s
    commit 37217141e7519629353738d5e4e677a15096206f
    Merge: e68e646 a1d2374

Merge early part of side branch

	Merge commit 'a1d2374f8f52f4e8a53171601a920b538a6cec23'

The gave her own message because she didn't want git to add the
standard message (if she wanted to, she wouldn't have given one,
or she would have prepared it using git-fmt-merge-msg command).

Miklos Vajna c1fb35b98a Add new test case to ensure git-merge prepends the custom merge message
There was no test for this before, so the testsuite passed, even in case
the merge summary was missing from the merge commit message.
