Jean-Noël Avila 246cac8505 i18n: turn even more messages into "cannot be used together" ones
Even if some of these messages are not subject to gettext i18n, this
helps bring a single style of message for a given error type.

Jean-Noël Avila 6fa00ee843 i18n: factorize "--foo requires --bar" and the like
They are all replaced by "the option '%s' requires '%s'", which is a
new string but replaces 17 previous unique strings.

Denton Liu c96050ff34 t7107: don't use test_must_fail()
We had a `test_must_fail verify_expect`. However, the git command in
verify_expect() was not expected to fail; the test_cmp() was the failing
command. Be more precise about testing failure by accepting an optional
first argument of '!' which causes the result of the file comparison to
be negated.

Alexandr Miloslavskiy 568cabb2fe t: fix quotes tests for --pathspec-from-file
While working on the next patch, I also noticed that quotes testing via
`"\"file\\101.t\""` was somewhat incorrect: I escaped `\` one time while
I had to escape it two times! Tests still worked due to `"` being
preserved which in turn prevented pathspec from matching files.

Fix this by using here-doc instead.

Alexandr Miloslavskiy f94f7bd00d t: add tests for error conditions with --pathspec-from-file
Also move some old tests into the new tests: it doesn't seem reasonable
to have individual error condition tests.

Old test for `git commit` was corrected, previously it was instructed
to use stdin but wasn't provided with any stdin. While this works at
the moment, it's not exactly perfect.

Old tests for `git reset` were improved to test for a specific error
message.

Alexandr Miloslavskiy 64bac8df97 reset: support the --pathspec-from-file option
Decisions taken for simplicity:
1) For now, `--pathspec-from-file` is declared incompatible with
`--patch`, even when <file> is not `stdin`. Such use case it not
really expected. Also, it is harder to support in `git commit`, so
I decided to make it incompatible in all places.
2) It is not allowed to pass pathspec in both args and file.
