Merge branch 'rj/sparse-flags'

Use of the sparse tool got easier to customize from the command
line to help developers.

* rj/sparse-flags:
  Makefile: improve SPARSE_FLAGS customisation
  config.mak.uname: remove obsolete SPARSE_FLAGS setting
