Merge branch 'js/subtree-on-windows-fix'

Update "git subtree" to work better on Windows.

* js/subtree-on-windows-fix:
  subtree: fix assumption about the directory separator
  subtree: fix the GIT_EXEC_PATH sanity check to work on Windows
