Merge branch 'ow/rev-parse-parseopt-fix'

The parser in the script interface to parse-options in "git
rev-parse" has been updated to diagnose a bogus input correctly.

* ow/rev-parse-parseopt-fix:
  rev-parse --parseopt: detect missing opt-spec
