Merge branch 'ep/commit-static-buf-cleanup'

Code clean-up.

* ep/commit-static-buf-cleanup:
  builtin/commit.c: switch to strbuf, instead of snprintf()
  builtin/commit.c: remove the PATH_MAX limitation via dynamic allocation
