pathspec: make --literal-pathspecs disable pathspec magic

Browse source 
--literal-pathspecs and its equivalent environment variable are
probably used for scripting. In that setting, pathspec magic may be
unwanted. Disabling globbing in individual pathspec can be done via
:(literal) magic.
