doc: fix indentation of listing blocks in gitweb.conf.txt

Browse source 
'gitweb.conf.txt' uses inconsistent indentation in listing blocks and a mix
of listing blocks and literal paragraphs. Both didn't look pretty in the
rendered HTML page.
