Merge branch 'ar/commit-cleanup'

* ar/commit-cleanup:
  Allow selection of different cleanup modes for commit messages
  builtin-commit: avoid double-negation in the code.
  builtin-commit: fix amending of the initial commit
  t7005: do not exit inside test.
