ls-remote doc: rewrite <repository> paragraph

Browse source 
Replace the <repository> paragraph containing specific references to
$GIT_DIR/branches and "." with a generic urls-or-remotes paragraph
referencing the relevant sections in the git-fetch(1) manpage.
