Merge branch 'jk/diff-convfilter'

* jk/diff-convfilter:
  enable textconv for diff in verbose status/commit
  wt-status: load diff ui config
  only textconv regular files
  userdiff: require explicitly allowing textconv
  refactor userdiff textconv code
