Merge branch 'tr/maint-show-walk'

Fixes "git show"'s auto-walking behaviour, and make it behave just
like "git log" does when it walks.

* tr/maint-show-walk:
  show: fix "range implies walking"
  Demonstrate git-show is broken with ranges
