Merge branch 'rs/pack-objects-no-unnecessary-realloc'

Avoid unnecessary copy of previous contents when extending the
hashtable used in pack-objects.

* rs/pack-objects-no-unnecessary-realloc:
  pack-objects: use free()+xcalloc() instead of xrealloc()+memset()
