Merge branch 'jc/add-i-retire-usebuiltin-config'

Browse Source 
For over a year, setting add.interactive.useBuiltin configuration
variable did nothing but giving a "this does not do anything"
warning.  Finally remove it.

  add-i: finally retire add.interactive.useBuiltin
