gitweb: Update config file example for snapshot feature in gitweb/INSTALL

  "gitweb: snapshot cleanups & support for offering multiple formats"
introduced new format of $feature{'snapshot'}{'default'} value. Update
"Config file example" in gitweb/INSTALL accordingly.
