Merge branch 'rs/rm-strbuf-optim'

The use of strbuf in "git rm" to build filename to remove was a bit
suboptimal, which has been fixed.

* rs/rm-strbuf-optim:
  rm: reuse strbuf for all remove_dir_recursively() calls
