results from wildcard expansions, use the $(sort ...) function to request

I usually watch test progress visually, and if tests are sorted, even
with make -j4 they go more or less incrementally by their t number. On
the other side, without sorting, tests are executed in seemingly random
order even for -j1. Let's please maintain sane tests order for perceived
prettyness.
Another note is that in GNU Make sort also works as uniq, so after sort
being removed, we might expect e.g. $(wildcard *.sh a.*) to produce
duplicates for e.g. "a.sh". From this point of view, adding sort could
be seen as hardening t/Makefile from accidentally introduced dups.
It turned out that prevous releases of GNU Make did not perform full
sort in $(wildcard), only sorting results for each pattern, that's why
explicit sort-as-uniq is relevant even for older makes.

t/Makefile: add a rule to re-run previously-failed tests
This patch automates the process of determining which tests failed
previously and re-running them.
While developing patch series, it is a good practice to run the test
suite from time to time, just to make sure that obvious bugs are caught
early. With complex patch series, it is common to run `make -j15 -k
test`, i.e. run the tests in parallel and *not* stop at the first
failing test but continue. This has the advantage of identifying
possibly multiple problems in one big test run.
It is particularly important to reduce the turn-around time thusly on
Windows, where the test suite spends 45 minutes on the computer on which
this patch was developed.
It is the most convenient way to determine which tests failed after
running the entire test suite, in parallel, to look for left-over "trash
directory.t*" subdirectories in the t/ subdirectory. However, those
directories might live outside t/ when overridden using the
--root=<directory> option, to which the Makefile has no access. The next
best method is to grep explicitly for failed tests in the test-results/
directory, which the Makefile *can* access.
Please note that the often-recommended `prove` tool requires Perl, and
that opens a whole new can of worms on Windows. As no native Windows Perl
comes with Subversion bindings, we have to use a Perl in Git for Windows
that uses the POSIX emulation layer named MSYS2 (which is a portable
version of Cygwin). When using this emulation layer under stress, e.g.
when running massively-parallel tests, unexplicable crashes occur quite
frequently, and instead of having a solution to the original problem, the
developer now has an additional, quite huge problem. For that reason, this
developer rejected `prove` as a solution and went with this patch instead.

Because `sed` is line-oriented, for ease of implementation, when
chainlint.sed encounters an opening subshell in which the first command
is cuddled with the "(", it splits the line into two lines: one
containing only "(", and the other containing whatever follows "(".
This allows chainlint.sed to get by with a single set of regular
expressions for matching shell statements rather than having to
duplicate each expression (one set for matching non-cuddled statements,
and one set for matching cuddled statements).
However, although syntactically and semantically immaterial, this
transformation has no value to test authors and might even confuse them
into thinking that the linter is misbehaving by inserting (whitespace)
line-noise into the shell code it is validating. Moreover, it also
allows an implementation detail of chainlint.sed to seep into the
chainlint self-test "expect" files, which potentially makes it difficult
to reuse the self-tests should a more capable chainlint ever be
developed.
To address these concerns, stop splitting cuddled "(..." into two lines.
Note that, as an implementation artifact, due to sed's line-oriented
nature, this change inserts a blank line at output time just before the
"(..." line is emitted. It would be possible to suppress this blank line
but doing so would add a fair bit of complexity to chainlint.sed.
Therefore, rather than suppressing the extra blank line, the Makefile's
`check-chainlint` target which runs the chainlint self-tests is instead
modified to ignore blank lines when comparing chainlint output against
the self-test "expect" output. This is a reasonable compromise for two
reasons. First, the purpose of the chainlint self-tests is to verify
that the ?!AMP?! annotations are being correctly added; precise
whitespace is immaterial. Second, by necessity, chainlint.sed itself
already throws away all blank lines within subshells since, when
checking for a broken &&-chain, it needs to check the final _statement_
in a subshell, not the final _line_ (which might be blank), thus it has
never made any attempt to precisely reproduce blank lines in its output.
