This fixes/notates a few deprecations from an audit for the next tech debt cycle. - ThemeData errorColor and backgroundColor are notated as deprecated in multiple places, but one usage had a different version tag. Updated to match the rest. - ThemeData.copyWith useMaterial3 was deprecated because it did not do what developers expected - it did not automatically reassign all of the color values and such. (confirmed with @HansMuller) I added a note so that when we later remove it we don't introduce a bug. - the describeEnum deprecation was tagged wrong, it was a very long PR so by the time it merged the version it was finally tagged with was much later. Terms of service
The Flutter tool may occasionally download resources from Google servers. By downloading or using the Flutter SDK, you agree to the Google Terms of Service: https://policies.google.com/terms
For example, when installed from GitHub (as opposed to from a prepackaged
archive), the Flutter tool will download the Dart SDK from Google servers
immediately when first run, as it is used to execute the flutter tool itself.
This will also occur when Flutter is upgraded (e.g. by running the flutter upgrade command).

And accessing other native code is easy, with support for both FFI (on Android, on iOS, on macOS, and on Windows) as well as platform-specific APIs.
