Ryan Dahl 376f4dfcbf travis: adjust cache
- cache sysroot and llvm-build so they don't have to be downloaded each time.
- Remove DENO_BUILD_PATH from cache. ccache does all the heavy lifting, no need
  to cache the build dir.
