Martin Pitt 0ec63abcad [CI:BUILD] Packit: Enable failure notifications for cockpit tests 
Configure packit to automatically notify relevant Cockpit team members
when one of the "cockpit-revdeps" tests fails.

[NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] - This is test configuration.

Martin Pitt b8146a8a2c [CI:BUILD] Packit: Disable unexpected journal message check for cockpit-podman 
These are relevant when validating upstream or selinux-policy changes,
but not podman ones. This makes the revdeps tests more robust against
random (non-fatal) SELinux denials or messages from other system
components.

[NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] - This is test configuration.
